Prior to Contacting LOK DESIGNS LLC

Please Note: We are currently scheduling projects that begin on site construction 1 to 6 months from now. Please bear in mind that this is a reasonable timeframe for starting onsite construction as the process of planning, filing for applicable permits, and finalizing project requirements can take anywhere from 1.5 months to 6 months or even significantly longer depending upon the project requirements and variables.

If your project has fewer or minimal requirements and does not require drawings/permits/approvals/etc. we are able to begin these more basic remodeling or repair type projects much sooner when the schedule permits.

LOK DESIGNS LLC can do complete renovations/building services/Remodeling projects/custom interior & exterior Type services/ Small Renovations/Decks/Patios/Full Home Renovations/Direct Repairs at this time.

If you are a repeat client as of August 2024 there is not a wait time. The schedule could fluctuate due to impacts from Covid-19 on schedules, processing documents, materials, and the schedules that are currently in place for LOK DESIGNS LLC and its team in connection with existing projects.

If we do not get back to you within 72 hours; please try again in 7 days. Our Current Business Model Permits a limited volume of projects under construction and in the pre-construction planning phase for each year to allow for appropriate attention to each of our clients.

We cannot accept projects or provide estimates for prospective clients who do not acknowledge the above prior to initial contact.
